Management of environmental issues:
- Gap analysis of environmental issues
- Managing certification procedures for obtaining of international green building certifications: LEED, BREEAM, DGNB
- Recommendations for green solutions in respect to LEED, BREEAM, DGNB standards requirements
- Coordination of life cycle analysis elaboration, advisory on sustainable measures
- Advisory on additional required environmental expertise for the project
- Management and control of environmental measures implementation
- Cost assessment for environmental measures implementation
- Life cycle cost analysis
Control of municipal and federal approval obtaining
- Control of all the required federal and municipal approvals obtaining at all stages of the project
- Check of availability of all required licenses and certifications in accordance to Project requirements
- Coordination of communication with Authorities in order to obtain necessary approvals in time and start construction works as soon as possible
Design approvals
- Organization of approvals for design documentation (pre-construction stage)
- Implementation of procedures described within Project Control Management Plan (developed by PMCM consultant, approved by Client)
- Organization of additional specialists and consulting services which might be required for approval of design documentation
- Arrangement of additional surveys, investigations and studies if necessary
- Completeness check of scheme design for compliance with technical brief (before scheme design submittal to Authorities for approvals)
