The assignment covers the preliminary and definitive design and workshop drawings for the interior of Tower A of the Olaya Towers complex in Riyadh. The tower will be home to the headquarters of the Saudi Human Resources Development Fund, a Department of the Saudi Ministry of Labor, as well as a mix of other functions. The Olaya tower complex consists of two towers that stand out from a single plate: the 36 floors of the towers are dedicated to offices; the ground floor houses the entrance hall, the recreational commercial services, and the congress hall; the underground floors have 2500 car parking spaces.
