Administration of contracts with General Designer (GD) , General contractor (GC) and consultants
PMCM consultant administration of project contracts in respect to
Works performance required for project completion, and payments (based on established policies and procedures)
- Implementation of procedures described within Project Control
- Management Plan approved by Client
- Control of proper project contract execution in order to agreed timelines and work volumes
- Review of additional work volumes, and negotiation of additional scope in regard to contract regulations
- Administration of project contracts, payment confirmation
- Review of change order indicators, and corresponding consulting services to the Client
- Issuance of notifications, correspondence, and submission of information to the General Designer, General Contractor or consultants and other specialists
- Review of professional damage compensation insurances of Project participants
- Taking measures for legal assistance of the Client, in the case of being expected efficient by PM/CM consultant
