Administration of contracts with General Designer (GD) , General contractor (GC) and consultants

PMCM consultant administration of project contracts in respect to

Works performance required for project completion, and payments (based on established policies and procedures)

  • Implementation of procedures described within Project Control
  • Management Plan approved by Client
  • Control of proper project contract execution in order to agreed timelines and work volumes
  • Review of additional work volumes, and negotiation of additional scope in regard to contract regulations
  • Administration of project contracts, payment confirmation
  • Review of change order indicators, and corresponding consulting services to the Client
  • Issuance of notifications, correspondence, and submission of information to the General Designer, General Contractor or consultants and other specialists
  • Review of professional damage compensation insurances of Project participants
  • Taking measures for legal assistance of the Client, in the case of being expected efficient by PM/CM consultant
