Management of Technical Supervisor Services:
- Preparation of schedules of works and cost control check lists, administration of construction contract with General Contractor, supervising the construction works and co-coordinating activities of various project team members
- Developing , obtaining approval from Client, and implementing of the following management systems and procedures:
- Elaboration of construction site hand-over procedures, including existing buildings and facilities on site
- Coordination and control of construction work conditions
- Elaboration of construction realization strategies
- Review of construction method statements approved for construction works, if necessary
- Organization and Lead of construction coordination meetings
Performance during construction (construction supervision):
- Time Management
- Budget and cost monitoring
- Check of payment requests
- Revision of change orders
- Claims management
- Quality control
- Record drawings and record keeping
- Reporting
- Maintenance of all construction journals
- Preparation of defect lists and outstanding works lists
- Management of testing and balancing, and start up procedures
- Conducting site inspections with Authorities
- Construction approvals management
- Management of hand over and close out
