Job Title: Architect
Salary: GBP 55,000 / year
Min 37.5 hr / week.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead design development of sustainable architecture projects for Middle East and Africa markets, incorporating green building principles, renewable energy systems, and lifecycle cost analysis.
- Manage UK Export Finance-backed infrastructure projects, ensuring UKEF content compliance, funding conditions, and export documentation standards.
- Serve as primary architectural advisor to international clients, presenting design solutions and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction throughout project lifecycle.
- Prepare comprehensive multidisciplinary architectural documentation including drawings, specifications, and technical submissions aligned with local building codes and certifications.
- Integrate sustainable design methodologies including energy modeling, water conservation systems, waste management, and renewable energy solutions.
- Manage statutory authority liaison and approvals in Middle East and Africa jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with regional building codes and zoning regulations.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables in coordination with design teams, engineers, contractors, and international partners.
- Stay current with emerging sustainable design practices and international green building standards, mentoring junior team members on best practices.
Skills Required
- Master’s or PhD in Architecture, Sustainable Design, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline; advanced expertise in sustainable architecture, green building methodologies (BREEAM, LEED, WELL), and energy efficiency modeling.
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects in Middle East and Africa regions with understanding of regional building standards, climate, and UKEF-funded project environments.
- Fluent spoken and written Arabic OR French to communicate directly with regional clients, authorities, and international project teams; expert-level BIM, energy modeling software, and 3D visualization proficiency.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations, Middle East building codes, African construction standards, international sustainability certifications, and statutory approval processes.
- Strong capability to manage complex multidisciplinary projects, coordinate teams, manage budgets/timelines, and deliver architectural excellence under commercial pressure with excellent client communication skills.
OPEN POSITION 02
Job Title: Business development managers
Salary: GBP 60,000 / year
Min 37.5 hr / week.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Middle East and Africa markets, developing strategic partnerships with government agencies, private sector clients, and international organizations aligned with UKEF-backed projects.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and deal structuring with international clients, ensuring alignment with company capabilities, profitability targets, and risk management protocols.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand service offerings in sustainable architecture, ecommerce platforms, and digital solutions across target regions.
- Make strategic technology and business recommendations on platform architecture, digital infrastructure investments, and service expansion priorities; evaluate emerging technologies and their commercial applicability.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including UKEF representatives, export partners, financial institutions, technology vendors, and regional decision-makers to facilitate deal flow and project opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and technology trend evaluation in Middle East and Africa regions to identify emerging opportunities, assess market demand, and inform strategic positioning.
- Manage business pipeline, forecast revenue targets, track KPIs, and prepare proposals, tender submissions, and commercial presentations; lead internal business case development for new initiatives and technology investments.
- Collaborate with technical teams including the Sustainable Architect and Product Manager to package integrated solutions, assess project feasibility, demonstrate technical value propositions, and align business strategy with delivery capabilities.
Skills Required
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Artificial Intelligence, Technology Management, or related field; minimum 5+ years of direct business development, technology commercialization, or entrepreneurial business experience in international markets.
- Proven track record scaling technology or infrastructure businesses internationally, with demonstrated success closing high-value contracts, managing complex multi-stakeholder deals, and generating revenue growth in emerging markets.
- Expert knowledge of export finance mechanisms (UKEF), international trade compliance, and structuring deals across Middle East and Africa jurisdictions; familiarity with government procurement processes and public-private partnership models.
- Strong commercial acumen combined with technical literacy in AI, ecommerce platforms, digital transformation, and sustainable infrastructure to articulate technology value propositions to non-technical stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with fluency in English; ability to build trust with C-level executives, government officials, and institutional clients while managing complex commercial dynamics.
